That hot water heater problem has gone from keeping me up at night, to making me vomit in fear. Who do I call? Plumber, handyman, carpenter? Could I do it myself? How much does an empty hot water heater weigh?
Call the plumber about the hot water heater. Carl recently had his hot water heater replaced by John's Plumbing or call Friendly Plumbing. We have the $ in the savings account
If you're talking about the shelf the hot water is on you need to call a plumber. The zoning code has changed and no reputable carpenter will fix it. NO longer allowed to hang hot water heaters from the ceiling as people get scaled when the spring a leak. Plumber has to move water lines and plumb in a location on the garage floor. If you need a new heater try Home Depot they guarantee 24 hour replacement. Same problem though about moving heater. I used to use John's plumbing until they changed owners then their service went completely down hill. Hope this helps!
