The explosive artists behind the Itabashi Fireworks Festival in Japan popped the top off a celebrity guest star at their 2013 show. This latest show’s finale featured fireworks cunningly created in the forms of Pokeballs and the very familiar visage of none other than everyone’s favorite high voltage rat-thing, Pikachu.
